Terms and Condition

To complete the course, participants must maintain an attendance rate of 80% or higher (or meet any higher attendance requirements that may be specified for the course) and must achieve a minimum passing grade of 70% for the practical assessment and project, as well as for at least 70% of all assignments required for the training course.

Requests for refunds or cancellations should be sent via email to admin@tiyeacademy.com. A 100% refund, less a 300 EGP administration fee, will be granted for requests made five (5) or more days before the diploma starts. After the first session of the diploma, a 50% refund will be granted. For requests made after the second session of the course, a 25% refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the third session of the course.
