Two training experiences. Clear expectations.

Mini Internship

A short experience of agency work. Tasks follow the content of your diploma or course so you can apply what you have learned.

Included in all four programs.
Diplomas: 32 hours, over four weekly training days, after the diploma and project.
Content Creation: one 8-hour training day.
Media Buying: two 8-hour training days within one week.
A separate certificate records completed training hours.

Full-Time Internship

A complete experience of the agency’s day-to-day work, full time for one to three months.

An additional opportunity, according to Tiye Solutions’ needs.
Open to capable diploma and short-course graduates.
Selection considers the graduate’s ability and available work needs.
Some interns have joined the team in Junior roles when vacancies were available.
Full-time placement and employment are not guaranteed.

Online learners are included.

Academy administration coordinates the Mini Internship. If an online learner cannot travel to the company, practical tasks can be received and coordinated through WhatsApp. The work stays connected to the program studied.
